The attachment to the right contains the Excel Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains a Macro so you will be required to enable macros to use so you should only obtain a copy from this website. You can request the macro and insert it yourself by requesting it on the comment page, however we would recommend using the already created spreadsheet.
